Garrett Leach

Hello Fellow Bobcats!

My name is Garrett Leach and I have the pleasure of serving as your student body president for the 2016-2017 academic year.

I was born and raised in Missoula, MT but am now happy to call Bozeman home.  My hobbies include anything and everything in the outdoors; fly fishing, hiking, skiing, hunting, backpacking and much more.  I’m a junior in the Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship studying Finance and Accounting.  I’m also a part of our incredible Honors College.

My one piece of advice to MSU students is get involved!  Whether it’s with a club, research lab, intramural sports, or student government, there is no better way to enrich your college experience and prepare yourself for life after MSU.  If you ever have questions about the opportunities you have, come talk to us in the Office of Student Engagement.  We are located right next to the AskUs desk in SUB 221/222.

Get in touch with us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.  We are here to serve you!  Thank you for placing your trust in me to lead the student body this year.  I’m looking forward to many great victories for students this coming year.  GO CATS!

In blue and gold,

Garrett Leach

Vice President

Geneva Zoltek

Hello MSU! My name is Geneva, and I am serving as your ASMSU Vice President  this academic year. I am a senior majoring in Liberal Studies -Quaternity with a minor in Political Science. After serving in the ASMSU Senate last year, I am beyond thrilled to continue working for the student body to improve our experience here at Montana State. ASMSU funds exciting student-lead programs like the Latenight Streamline, Campus Entertainment, and the Procrastinator Theater.  One of the best parts of my job is working with these and other programs to make MSU awesome! This year, I hope to further reach students through ASMSU. I believe every voice is important and should be involved in what happens on campus. Feel free to contact me if you have any comments, questions, or concerns regarding ASMSU. Let's make an impact, and go cats!

Business Manager

William Cronk

Hello MSU! For those who don’t know me, my name is William Cronk, and I am honored to represent the student body this year as ASMSU’s Business Manager. Growing up in Grizzly country, Kalispell, MT, my passion to be a Bobcat was ignited by my parents who both graduated from MSU. Currently, I am a junior studying Finance and Accounting. As Business Manager, I will continue to maintain ASMSU’s professionalism, transparency, and dependability.

One of my favorite aspects of MSU is the numerous opportunities to get involved on campus. In my first two years at MSU, I have served on the ASMSU Finance Board, along with becoming a member of the Finance Club. Also, I participated, officiated, and supervised every intramural activity imaginable. Becoming more involved on campus has greatly enhanced my experience at MSU and I would encourage everyone to take advantage of the extracurricular activities that MSU provides.

When it comes to my leisure time, like many other MSU students, I enjoy spending it outdoors hiking, fishing, and skiing. As always, Go Cats!
